Roeder Cattle Services (RCS), an affiliate
of Fair Acres Stock Farms, Inc. is a specialized company focused on the
marketing of purebred seedstock. With extensive knowledge of the international
cattle markets and the domestic purebred cattle industry, RCS is the perfect
choice for managing your next sale or consulting for marketing your herd.
Fluent Spanish and knowledge of the South American cattle business as well as
other parts of the world, we are a must for anyone wishing to market cattle to
producers internationally.
Our services include:
 | RCS
will take photos of all sale cattle that are worthy of being photographed
for all advertising and catalog purposes.

| RCS
will plan an advertising budget and schedule an effective advertising
campaign with the publications agreed upon with the customer to be used for
promotion of the sale.

| RCS
will get all materials and photos in to these publications by each of their
deadlines.
|
| RCS
will solicit bids for the production of the catalog, accept a bid for the
catalog, and produce, layout, design, print and mail catalog with the
person/persons to whom I will be accepting the bid from. This includes
writing all of the footnotes, placing photos, etc.

will supply an effective mailing list for the distribution of the catalog if
needed.

| RCS
will show up two days before the sale day to help pen the cattle in a way
that is most beneficial to the sale and will assist in any problems,
concerns or situations that may arise.

| RCS
will supply one additional clerk at RCS's expense for use on sale day.
|
| RCS
will attempt to market the cattle through the solicitation of buyers through
phone calls and personal contacts. RCS will also field any phone calls
pertaining to the sale cattle and represent potential buyers in the case
that they can not be there in person to bid on cattle.

| If
needed, RCS will collect the money sale day and deposit in my custodial
account and pay all of the bills and commissions pertaining to the sale. RCS
will do all the invoicing for those that need to be billed and will transfer
the registration papers. If RCS were to do the accounting on the sale,
I would provide a complete financial report of the sale upon closing of the
books.

needed, RCS will assist in finding labor to help with the sale. I have
various contacts that work these types of sales and can clip the cattle for
photos and for the sale itself. They can also be used for anything that
needs to be done leading up to the sale, i.e. sorting, penning, washing,
etc.

will also handle anything else asked by the customer that is within my power
and not mentioned on the list above. |
