 | Relationship Formalization: After approval by your company,
Wintec will prepare, negotiate and formalize an acceptable agreement or
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for all parties involved. We will also
provide the necessary follow-up to make this happen. |

& strategies, business model development, business intelligence and
