Management is the process of coordinating work activities so that they are completed efficiently (getting the most output from the least amount of inputs – “doing things right”) and effectively (completing activities so that organizational goals are attained – “doing the right things”) with and through other people. 

FAF's management process is the set of ongoing business decisions and work activities in which its managers engage as they plan, organize, lead and control. Following is a description of each function:

These skills include technical (knowledge of and proficiency in specialized fields), human skills (the ability to work well with other people individually and in a group) and conceptual skills (the ability to think and to conceptualize about abstract and complex situations).
