strategic plan of action. We define how the success of the project will be
assessed. We also establish project scope, budget, and a detailed work
plan. |
| Execute & Evaluate - once the client accepts the business plan
and/or proposal, project implementation takes place. We execute the project
as planned and continuously monitor the progress. We evaluate and inform you
the status and the results throughout the process. |
